In 2017 we moved here from Rieti, Italy to pursue “The American Dream”.  We are proud to announce that our dream is coming true. In late 2023, we opened our first shop in Glens Falls, New York, where we prepare fresh authentic Italian cuisine daily. 

 

We cater small events & you can see us in most Farmers Markets around the area. Recreating our Nonna’s recipes, we utilize the best local & seasonal ingredients. We do it all, from Handmade Pasta, Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana, Meatballs, Arancini, Tiramisu & so much more!
